1.5 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of 977bat or its technology and game-provider partners are not permitted to register or maintain player accounts.
Account Management
2.1 Your 977bat account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person.
2.2 You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity. You must keep your username, password, and any OTP codes confidential at all times.
2.3 If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 977bat support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].
2.4 977bat reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account where there is evidence of fraudulent activity, rule violations, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or any other conduct that the platform reasonably determines to be contrary to fair play.
2.5 To close your account voluntarily, contact the support team through live chat. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure (subject to all wagering requirements being met) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.
Deposits
3.1 The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

3.5 If a deposit fails to credit to your account within the expected timeframe, you must contact support and provide the transaction reference number from your mobile banking app or bank statement.
Withdrawals
4.1 The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
4.2 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the method used to deposit. 977bat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.3 All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process may experience delays or temporary holds on withdrawal requests.
4.4 For fully verified accounts, withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 10–30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days. These timeframes represent 977bat's internal processing windows and do not account for delays on the part of the receiving financial institution.
4.5 977bat reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation (source of funds declaration, bank statement, or equivalent) before processing any withdrawal that the platform considers unusual in size or frequency.
4.6 Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied in full. See Clause 6 for full bonus terms.
Games, Betting & Fair Play
5.1 All casino games available on 977bat use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by our game provider partners, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. 977bat does not alter game outcomes.
5.2 For sports betting and live cricket markets, odds are set and updated in real time. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it is binding. 977bat will not honour bets placed on odds that were published in error due to a technical fault.
5.3 The use of automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
5.4 Collusion between players — including coordinating bets to exploit bonus structures or game mechanics — is a violation of these Terms and will be treated as fraud.
5.5 In the event of a technical fault that interrupts a live game or sports market, 977bat will use commercially reasonable efforts to settle affected bets fairly. Where a fair settlement cannot be determined, bets will be voided and the original stake returned to the player's wallet.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.2 The 977bat welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available to new players on their first deposit, subject to the wagering requirements and minimum deposit amount specified in the current promotion details.
6.3 Wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets that qualify under the terms of the specific promotion. Bets placed on low-margin markets or certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward wagering requirements — consult individual promotion terms for details.
6.4 977bat reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion and have commenced wagering will not be disadvantaged by mid-promotion changes.
6.5 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using matched-betting strategies to extract bonus value without risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
6.6 977bat does not offer cash-equivalent sign-up credits. All promotional values represent bonus balances that are subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time the offer is accepted.
Responsible Gaming
